TYPES OF CLEANING SESSIONS

Move In/Out
Cleaning Session

  • Cleaning all exterior and interior surfaces in the kitchen including floors, counters, sinks, cabinets and microwaves

  • Cleaning exterior and interior stove, oven, and other kitchen appliances, including refrigerator and freezer

  • Dusting and/or wiping down of all shelves, appliances, picture frames and furniture

  • Disinfecting/scrubbing of toilets & tubs

  • Washing the interior mirrors, and other glass surfaces, including window sills

  • Mopping any hardwood, linoleum, and/or tile floors

  • Vacuuming carpets and runners

  • Blinds dusted (within reach)

  • Walls wiped down (within reach)

  • Dishes washed if any at time of kitchen cleaning

Basic/Recurring
Cleaning Session

  • Cleaning exterior surfaces in the kitchen including floors, counters, sinks, cabinets and microwaves

With Recurring service, you can also direct your Shinetek to work on different areas of the home from week to week within the recurring package you select.  One week could be revisiting the interior fridge, another could be organzing the closet.  

 

 

 

*In order for cabinet & fridge interiors to be fully cleaned we ask that you empty them as best as possible before our cleaning session.

 

*We also request use of a step stool or chair to reach high spaces such as ceiling fans, walls and blinds.

F.A.Q.

What does MAX TIME mean?

Max time is the included time LIMIT per session.   We may at times finish before the time limit, but the price does not change.  Once we reach that time limit, whether or not we are finished, time is up.  We will ask you what you would like done.  We charge $30 Per Hour for anytime AFTER the LIMIT.  To avoid missing anything in that time, we ask that you point us in the direction of the places or things you want to clean first and foremost.  We usually start off in the bathroom or kitchen and do all the hard to reach places first.

 

What does a Shinetek bring?

A Shinetek will bring all cleaning supplies needed for the cleaning; microfiber rags, duster, Swiffer mop, eco-friendly multi-cleaners, Windex for glass/mirrors, bathroom scrubbers, stainless steel cleaner, and all things needed to make your home shine. 

 

What does the client supply?

The client supplies the vacuum, as our Shineteks travel on MTA.

 

What supplies do we use?

We use both eco-friendly and commercial cleaning products.
